The voice of Deity
rumbled again, “Sky! In the middle of the waters; separate water from water!”
The water above was divided by sky from the water below. “Heavens” was the name
God gave to the sky. And so, “It was evening, it was morning” of the second
day.”
~ Day 3 ~
God spoke again
gathering the waters below the heavens into one place: “Let the dry land
appear.” “Earth” was the name He gave to the land and “seas” to the waters.
Father, Son, and Spirit saw that what they had done was fitting, admirable, and
approved of it. Again He commanded, “Earth, green up! Grow all varieties of
seed-bearing plants, every sort of fruit-bearing tree.” And so this was what
happened on the third day.
~ Day 4 & 5 ~
On the fourth and
fifth days God created heavenly lights such as the stars, sun, and moon. These
great lights distinguished daytime from the night and delineated days, seasons,
and years. He also created all kinds of
life in the seas below and for the heaven’s above. The Three-in-One also agreed
that what was created on these days was very good.
ON EASTER 2015 ... WATCH THE WORD IS still ALIVE
This
is the second part of some thoughts I wrote in the fall of 2012 in an attempt
to capture the incredible power, glory, splendor, radiance, and majesty of God
speaking in the creation. I'd enjoy any feedback you might have:
