One aspect of "discipleship from the inside out" is to be liberated from the brokenness of the past leading to knowing and experiencing God's love, deepening in true intimacy with Jesus, and being supernaturally enabled to tangibly love others.
The video included four action words that are important in discipleship: Love, Liberate, Lead, and Launch.
- Love - demonstrating a genuine concern for the welfare of others just like Timothy did in the New Testament. Take a look at Philippians 2:20-22 by clicking on the blue text.
- Liberate - to help free others from bondages, addictions, internal areas of captivity, experience forgiveness as in the Luke 4:18 as read by Jesus from Isaiah 61.
- Launch - to start or set in motion a disciple making movement as in 2 Timothy 2:2.
- Lead - to coach, guide & direct the movement as it moves forward 1 Thessalonians 2:7-8.
We'd love to hear your story and comments @ this post.
